|Living in Berlin- not so easy!? If you wish to enter Germany, you will need accommodation. There are two ways to secure this:|

Please note that for relatively well-priced housing in Germany, you will need to pay a deposit of 1-3 months rent. Rent, depending on the area and the furnishings in the apartment, is around €250-450. This does not include the costs for power, water and heating.
If searching on your own is too difficult, you can use our service, where we are happy to facilitate you getting accommodation.

2. GASP Housing Placement Service

GASP University Placement offers affordable housing for their clients for the first weeks of being in Germany. You can either rent a furnished apartment for one or more months while you do your GASP Language Institute language courses. Use your free time to look for the kind of apartment you would like. The number of rooms on offer is limited !

You can order your individual Housing Placement Service for the area where you will be studying in Germany!
The placement fees for apartments are 50-200% of the monthly rent. The amount of the placement fees will depend on the amount of effort needed to secure your accommodation. The prices vary greatly between places e.g. Berlin, Dresden, Greifswald, Munich or Hamburg.
GASP Housing Service
Once we have received and confirmed the necessary information regarding your date, place and time of arrival and new address and payment has been made, we are at your service.
You will receive an invoice from us via e-mail. Payments can be made either by wire transfer to our account in Berlin or by
Bargeldüberweisungen über Western Union Quick Cash or
MoneyGram eMoney Transfers but please be aware that sending money in this manner entails wire fees that you are responsible for paying yourself. Please calculate these fees in addition to the amount to be paid, as quoted on the relevant invoice received from GASP.
All prices given by GASP have the statutory German value added tax included.
